For bookings made online, by email or post
We will telephone you to confirm the booking and arrange payment of the deposit. Payment of the deposit can be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cheque (payment by cheque cannot be accepted for bookings less than 7 weeks before occupancy). A deposit of 40% of the total amount is payable to secure the booking (see terms and conditions for details of the cancellation policy). The balance is payable 8 weeks before the stay commences. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start date of the stay, the full amount becomes payable upon booking.
For bookings made by telephone:

*A breakages deposit of £250 will be payable in addition to these charges.
