The House

Immaculately presented and extremely well equipped, Sayres House is a period, detached Cotswold stone manor house situated in a quiet hamlet with far reaching views over the surrounding valley. The extensive landscaped gardens with child-friendly spaces will entertain children, parents and adults alike.

Sayres House boasts a kitchen very well equipped for the serious cook, and with dining for twelve guests in comfort offers the ideal house party venue. The indoor swimming pool adds significantly to the entertainment on offer and with its French doors leading onto the outside sun terrace, al fresco dining is at hand weather permitting.

Sayres House is only 3 miles (5km) from Exit 18 of the M4 (direct from Heathrow Airport). There are great walks on the Cotswold way from the front door of the property down and around St Catherine's Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The wonderful National Trust house and gardens of Dyrham Park are only a few miles away, so too is the venue for the Badminton Horse Trials, and the delights of Bath are 6 miles (9.5km) south.
