There are great walks on the Cotswold way from the front door of the property down and around St Catherine's Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The wonderful National Trust house and gardens of Dyrham Park are only a few miles away, so too is the venue for the Badminton Horse Trials, and the delights of Bath are 6 miles (9.5km) south.
